Mini Meadows – Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Mini Meadows, each piece is thoughtfully made for your little ones. We hope you love your purchase, and we’re here to support you within
the policy outlined below.

No Returns & No Refunds

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

We request you to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where returns for non-defective products are subject to individual brand policies.

Damaged or Defective Items (Store Credit Only)

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer store credit only after verification.
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly capture the defect or damage.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Once approved, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only.
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
Items with removed tags or signs of wear will not be accepted.
Exchanges are subject to size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
All reverse shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Hygiene & Safety

As a kidswear brand, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Products that appear used, washed, or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with reliable courier partners; however, delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
For exchanges, the product remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.
